The Shoppers Digest Charity Directory provides charity owners and managers free listings that work. Allowing internet users to find your charity information when they are looking for your fundraising efforts and welfare services is key to successful online exposure.

What information can be added to the charity directory?

At Shoppers Digest we understand that advertising can be expensive and sometimes inefficient, so we have setup our charity directory so that users browsing online find extensive information about your charity, whether they are searching directly on our website or not. We believe that our directory model provides charities with a unique advertising medium that will increase their online presence.

Our free charity listings display full contact details to the general public, 4 main fundraising efforts or welfare services that are optimised across the listing to aid in searches, a description or summary about the charity and also incorporate important keywords for web optimisation of the listing, alongside search tags used internally within the Shoppers Digest Charity Directory.

We actually conduct our charity directory additions in such a way that we create free charity listings on a daily basis. We started the directory in the Chichester, West Sussex area and spread outward from there, so, you may find your charity is already listed on the site. If your charity is not listed in the directory and you would like it to appear for free, we have an ethos where we offer all charity owners and managers equal opportunity to benefit from our free charity listing services. Although we do not allow a charity owner or manager to include their charity for free themselves, we welcome you to contact us and ask for the charity to be included. We would then create the advert for you. Premium members of Shoppers Digest do have control over adding further listings but there is a small charge for being a premium member.

Can Charity Listings be enhanced?

YES

All charity owners and managers can enhance their charity listings by purchasing a premium advertising subscription. There are a few frequency options when choosing premium subscriptions but, unlike our business directory fees we do not limit the amount of listings you can create. For example, our cheapest subscription normal businesses provides up to 3 licences (they might have 3 separate shops for example) but, we want to offer charities, as much value as possible because of the fantastic services they provide to the coommunity. All charities can list an unlimited amount of listings - 1 for their main charity body and 1 for each of their charity shops, no matter how many they have. The price of these subscriptions are also discounted against our normal business subscription fees.
